In early twentieth century Paris, the tradition of the Salon was rich with storytelling, songs and instrumental music, from the macabre to the ridiculous. Derek Kwan, a uniquely gifted singer and actor,  guides us through the Salons of Paris with Germaine Tailleferre’s String Quartet, Francis Poulenc’s La Dame de Monte Carlo, Oscar Wilde’s The Nightingale by Laura Burton and many more.
