TICKET REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final, and will not be refunded under normal circumstances.
If you are unable to attend a concert you have tickets for, please consider the following options:

Tickets may be gifted or transferred to another person. Please notify the ticket coordinator, who will note the names on our guest list.

Tickets may be exchanged for a future concert, if notice is given a week before the concert. Reach out to the ticket coordinator to arrange.

Your ticket purchase can be converted into a donation to INNERchamber. Please notify the ticket coordinator that you would like to donate your ticket(s).
Under special circumstances, best efforts will be made to refund ticket purchases, for example of duplicate purchases made in error. Reach out to the ticket coordinator to discuss options.
