Éric Charbonneau

Éric Charbonneau is a music director, conductor, collaborative pianist, vocal coach, and active arts educator.
He worked for several years as an opera coach at Western University upon completing his Master’s degree at the same institution and has since completed his eighth season with the Stratford Festival, most recently as Associate Conductor and Keyboardist for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Other Stratford Festival credits include La Cage aux Folles, Something Rotten, Rent, Chicago, Billy Elliot the Musical, The Music Man, and H.M.S. Pinafore, as well as vocal and music direction work with the Birmingham Conservatory. Éric launched the Stratford Symphony Youth Orchestra (SSYO) in 2021 and is proud to be the Music Director and Conductor to forty-plus talented young musicians.
Having spent the first twenty-plus years of his life in la belle province, he is thrilled to perform this beautiful French music for his first appearance with INNERchamber.
