Irene Poole is an accomplished performer on stage, television, and film. She is a veteran of many years with the Stratford Festival in such roles as Kate in The Little Years, Katherina in The Taming of the Shrew, and Olga inThree Sisters, to name just a few. Other stage credits elsewhere include numerous appearances with Factory Theatre, Alberta Theatre Projects, Canadian Rep, Theatre Aquarius, Resurgence Theatre, and many others.

 

Irene has received Dora Awards for Outstanding Performance in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Birdland Theatre) and The Leisure Society (Factory Theatre).
